Job Description

We're on the hunt for a passionate DevOps Engineer to bolster our capabilities in CI/CD within our Cape Town office. You'll ensure efficient infrastructure management and deployment processes, employing your skills in cloud technologies to support business objectives. Collaboration and a keen eye for detail are key in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust CI/CD processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based services for high availability and scalability.
• Work closely with development teams to facilitate deployment of software solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for all infrastructure configurations.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to oversee application health.
• Support disaster recovery efforts and business continuity planning.
• Stay current with the latest DevOps tools and techniques.
• Collaborate on software development projects using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in cloud/DevOps environments

Technical Skills

• Terraform

Certifications

• Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer

Languages
