Construction Supervisor

Job Description

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specification. We are looking for a skilled leader with a passion for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor costs and budgets, reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed.
• Train and mentor new construction staff and workers.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Facilitate meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify and manage risks associated with construction projects.
• Evaluate worker performance and provide feedback.
• Foster a positive work environment and team morale.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Construction Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in a construction environment
