DevOps Engineer

Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer in our Pretoria office, you'll collaborate with development teams to streamline our CI/CD practices, enhance system reliability, and deploy cloud solutions that support our rapidly growing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Maintain and enhance automation scripts for system configurations.
• Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure cloud architecture is secure and scalable.
• Provide support for production systems during incidents and outages.
• Perform regular software updates and manage system upgrades to prevent downtime.
• Drive initiatives for performance tuning and optimization of cloud services.
• Implement monitoring solutions to ensure operational health of systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related field
