We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in East London. The ideal candidate will utilize their engineering expertise to enhance production processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovative solutions within our manufacturing environment. You will play a vital role in the design and implementation of systems that optimize manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Design workflows and layouts that optimize production capabilities.
• Work with IT to integrate new technologies and systems into manufacturing.
• Conduct root cause analyses for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development of capital project proposals.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Engage in strategic planning to support long-term goals.
• Analyze production data to produce actionable insights for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing
