We are seeking an experienced Investment Risk Analyst to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, with expertise in risk assessment, portfolio management, and financial modelling. This role involves advising on investment risks and recommending strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical models to quantify investment risks.
• Ensure all risk-related databases are up to date.
• Collaborate with financial teams on stress testing of assets.
• Report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
• Advise on the potential impact of external factors on financial performance.
• Present findings to the risk committee for review and recommendation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in investment risk analysis
