Job Description

As an Architect in our Cape Town office, you'll be responsible for creating functional and appealing spaces. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to our high design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from initial concept through construction.
  • Prepare architectural documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Collaborate with the design team to innovate and improve designs.
  • Review construction progress against design specifications.
  • Manage project scope and identify potential challenges early.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to incorporate feedback into designs.
  • Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
  • Document all project phases for reference and learning.
  • Foster an environment of creativity and accountability within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree in Architecture would be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural practice
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
