Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our passionate team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and IT solutions, aiming to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technology. You will play a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing requirements, and facilitating solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define business problems through stakeholder engagement.
• Lead the requirement gathering sessions and document findings.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Coordinate with QA teams for effective testing of solutions.
• Maintain effective relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to inform business strategies.
• Develop user guides and documentation for new systems.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Honours degree in Business or IT is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis in an IT environment
