Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Engineer in Cape Town. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in electrical systems to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the advancement of electrical engineering practices within our projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of electrical engineering projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Implement energy-efficient practices in electrical engineering designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects to assess viability.
• Maintain compliance with relevant electrical codes and safety standards.
• Document and report project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design and maintenance

• Certified Professional Engineer (CPE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
