We are seeking a Non-Profit Program Manager to oversee our community programs in Durban. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of various initiatives aimed at impacting the lives of community members positively. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive online instructional materials.
• Lead interactive sessions that encourage student participation.
• Track and analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions.
• Communicate effectively with students and guardians about academic expectations.
• Leverage technology to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of online courses and programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in online education or curriculum design
