Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Researcher to join our innovative team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be pivotal in the design, implementation, and oversight of clinical trials aimed at advancing medical knowledge. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest quality standards in research.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee clinical trials according to GCP guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols.
• Recruit and screen participants for clinical trials.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure compliance with trial protocols.
• Prepare and submit study documents to ethics committees and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance audits.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits to monitor trial progress.
• Analyze trial data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure participant safety and provide patient education about the trial.
• Contribute to the writing and reviewing of study reports and publications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related fields
• Master's degree or higher is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research
