Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Researcher to join our innovative team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be pivotal in the design, implementation, and oversight of clinical trials aimed at advancing medical knowledge. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest quality standards in research.

Responsibilities

  • Lead trial designs and ensure adherence to GCP standards.
  • Develop study materials and ensure ethical compliance.
  • Oversee participant screening and enrollment processes.
  • Conduct data analysis and ensure trial integrity.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities for submissions.
  • Conduct safety monitoring and respond to adverse events.
  • Track and report clinical trial progress.
  • Assist in the development of study budgets and timelines.
  • Contribute to team discussions regarding study design and outcomes.
  • Prepare results for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related field is advantageous

  • 3+ years in a clinical research environment
