UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. You will be responsible for designing engaging and intuitive user interfaces across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas based on research and data analysis.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for presentation to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive user experiences.
• Participate in the development of design systems and libraries.
• Monitor and report on user experience metrics post-launch.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Design or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the design field

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
