Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local authorities on necessary approvals and permits required for project implementation.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Prepare project schedules and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Provide leadership and direction to junior architects and interns in project workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in an architecture-related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the field of architecture

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling
• Sustainable Design

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
