UX Designer

Job Description

Join us as a UX Designer, where your role will involve researching and understanding user behaviours to create compelling designs that meet and exceed user expectations. You’ll participate in the entire design process from ideation to implementation, contributing your insights and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to drive the creative process.
• Produce design patterns and documentation for development teams.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Test designs with users to gather feedback and refine interfaces.
• Assist in establishing user personas and scenarios for effective design.
• Work alongside marketing teams for cohesive branding strategies.
• Evaluate competitor products to inform design decisions.
• Create user journey maps to highlight pain points and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Wireframing
• Prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• User Research

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Empathy

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with agile design processes and collaboration with development teams.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of front-end development to better collaborate with developers.
