Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be integral to our clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include monitoring study progress, managing compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring successful clinical outcomes and the integrity of research data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clinical sites and the company.
• Review and evaluate site performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure timely collection and accurate reporting of adverse events.
• Support the regulatory submission process for trials.
• Identify and resolve issues related to trial execution in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development of publications based on study results.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within trial management.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the therapy area and current treatment protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Clinical Research is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research coordination

Technical Skills

• Clinical Monitoring
• Statistical Analysis Software (SAS)

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
