This role involves collaboration with architects and other engineers to develop innovative solutions for our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.
• Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) software for project designs.
• Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain industry knowledge.
• Work on sustainable designs seeking to minimize environmental impact.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns as part of team development.
• Analyze statistics and data to drive design decisions.
• Implement quality assurance practices into engineering processes.
• Participate in site meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Structural Engineering or comparable field
• Postgraduate qualifications are desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant structural design experience

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Steel and Concrete Design

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Chartered Structural Engineer (CStrucE)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
