Job Description

As a Record Press Tender, you will operate and maintain our advanced record pressing machines. Your role is critical to ensuring that vinyl records are produced to the highest quality standards, adding to the rich tapestry of the music industry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate record pressing equipment according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operations and safety practices.
• Implement health and safety protocols in the production environment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Trade certificate in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in operating and maintaining record pressing machines

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with vinyl press settings: Familiarity with parameters for optimal vinyl production.
