Job Description

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our Sandton team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to users. You'll work closely with both technical and operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between users and the technical team.
  • Develop training materials and user guides.
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance.
  • Monitor ticketing systems for outstanding issues and follow up on resolutions.
  • Assist with data migration and application integration projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support roles
