Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for internal users needing IT assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve various hardware and software problems.
• Set up new computers and peripherals for staff.
• Conduct regular audits of hardware and software.
• Assist in maintaining network security and reliability.
• Help in developing IT policies and guidelines.
• Create user accounts and manage permissions.
• Provide training and support to staff on new technologies.
• Participate in IT projects to improve technical infrastructure.
• Analyze and report on IT incidents and resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or related roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Microsoft 365: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration is beneficial.
