We’re on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Deliver technical support for desktop and laptop systems, including installation and maintenance.
Respond to support requests via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with the IT team to optimize performance and security.
Assist in the rollout of software updates and system upgrades.
Maintain user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
Experience
3 years of experience in a similar IT support role

Advantageous
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure): Experience in managing cloud-based applications and services.
