Project Manager

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. In this role, you'll coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met, contributing to the success of our clients. You should be adept at risk management and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financials, reporting on budget tracking and forecasting.
• Lead project meetings and workshops, facilitating discussions and decision-making.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure high standards of project documentation and communication.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-project assessments.
• Provide mentorship and support to project team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business or related field
• Relevant certifications (PRINCE2, Agile) are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years working as a project manager

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
