Job Description

As an Environmental Consultant, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing environmental impacts of various projects. You will collaborate with clients to develop sustainable practices that comply with environmental laws and regulations. Your expertise will help shape strategies that balance development and conservation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the environmental impact of proposed projects and developments.
• Formulate and implement policies that promote environmental stewardship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions for minimizing environmental impacts.
• Research and stay updated on environmental trends and regulations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on environmental conservation.
• Provide expert advice on ecological restoration and resource management.
• Monitor compliance with environmental standards and conduct audits.
• Assist in developing sustainability programmes for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Sustainability Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting
