Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Warehouse Manager to take charge of our operations in Durban. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with safety regulations, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities to achieve optimization and efficiency.
• Train and develop warehouse staff, ensuring team capability.
• Establish safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Analyze warehouse operations and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
• Coordinate inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with upper management to align warehouse goals with company strategy.
• Act as a liaison between warehouse and distribution teams.
• Manage the maintenance of equipment and warehouse facilities.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management

Experience

• 5-7 years in similar roles with proven experience managing teams

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
