Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our thriving team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will facilitate and coordinate project activities while ensuring efficient workflow and communication among team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management methodologies and a passion for driving project success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interdepartmental project activities and ensure alignment.
  • Provide logistical support for project meetings and workshops.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, reporting discrepancies.
  • Support risk assessment and management processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM) is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project or program coordination
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Project Management Tools (Asana, JIRA)

Languages
