Job Description

The Ophthalmic Laboratory Technician is responsible for polishing lenses to meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that every lens meets the specifications required for optimal performance in vision correction.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Adhere to ISO standards and internal quality assurance practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain records of production data and lens specifications.
  • Respond to production challenges with effective problem-solving.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical qualification in optics or related field is a plus.
Experience
  • Experience in the optics manufacturing industry is advantageous.
