Job Description

We are looking for experienced Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dedicated production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating stamping machinery to produce high-quality metal parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines for precision cutting and stamping.
• Inspect and test workpieces to verify compliance with specifications.
• Conduct safety checks and advocate for workplace safety standards.
• Identify and rectify any issues with material or machinery settings.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in metalworking or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of specialized experience with stamping presses

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Stamping Press Operation

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certification in Metalworking or Engineering

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in machine maintenance.: Ability to perform routine service and troubleshooting on stamping presses.
• Lean Manufacturing Experience.: Understanding of lean principles to enhance efficiency.
