• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and optimize for engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Provide training and support to junior marketing staff.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management
