Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth. This role involves engaging with customers, driving sales, and providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and upsell products to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide support during busy sales periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide insights on customer feedback.
• Assist in training new staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of retail or customer service experience

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
