UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to translate ideas into effective user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for various digital platforms that are user-friendly.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction.
• Create visual elements and a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
• Analyze data from user testing and feedback to improve design solutions.
• Participate in design sprints and ideation sessions to brainstorm solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML/CSS: Knowledge of front-end technologies to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
• Familiarity with JavaScript: Understanding of JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
