We are currently seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of system optimization and quality management principles. In this role, you will analyse production processes, implement improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in production and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes.
• Conduct time studies to optimize workflows.
• Assist in project management and strategic planning efforts.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance protocols.
• Engage in regular training sessions for staff on efficiency practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement
