Job Description

We are searching for a Data Scientist with a strong analytical background and experience in statistical analysis and machine learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data models, conducting experiments, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects from conception through implementation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and constraints.
• Evaluate data sources for accuracy and real-time applicability.
• Teach and mentor junior data analysts on best practices in data science.
• Test and validate models to minimize error and maximize effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science or similar
• Master's degree in Data Science or related is highly advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role
