Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain online courses by applying latest e-learning methodologies.
• Engage with learners to understand their needs and preferences.
• Create assessments and quizzes to measure learning outcomes.
• Edit and revise content based on learner feedback and emerging trends.
• Document development processes to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals for content.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the content development team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Adult Education, or relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in creating e-learning content

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• HTML5 and CSS3

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• eLearning Guild Certification
• Instructional Design Pro Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
