You will play a vital role in developing educational programs and collaborating with educators and families to create inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need.
• Assist in the creation of inclusive classroom environments.
• Provide direct support to students with disabilities in their educational setting.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies.
• Evaluate and document student progress toward educational goals.
• Facilitate communication between parents and educators to support student success.
• Engage in community outreach to promote awareness of special education needs.
• Collaborate with community organizations to provide resources for families.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Special Education
• Master's degree in Educational Psychology is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience working with children with special needs
