Job Description

We are looking for skilled Furniture Finishers to prepare and apply stains and finishes on various surfaces. If you have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about woodworking, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on finished items to ensure adherence to standards.
• Document and report any issues encountered during the finishing process.
• Assist in training new employees in finishing techniques and safety practices.
• Work closely with supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in staining and finishing preferred

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in woodworking or similar field: Professional certification demonstrating skills in woodworking techniques.
