UI Designer

Job Description

Looking for a talented UI Designer to help us create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs are aligned with user expectations and business goals. Your ability to communicate design concepts and justify design decisions among stakeholders will be key.

Responsibilities

• Execute user interface design projects, from conceptualization to launch.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards in design.
• Incorporate accessibility standards into all design work.
• Collaborate with marketing for effective campaign design.
• Lead workshops and design critiques to foster team collaboration.
• Engage with users to gather insights for data-driven design decisions.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Create interactive designs that allow for stakeholder and client engagement.
• Negotiate design adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Regularly update skills and design tools knowledge to remain competitive.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development

• UX Certified Specialist

Languages

• English: Fluent
