Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our dynamic projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of project management methodologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with teams.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead regular project team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Report progress to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in dynamic environments

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Budget Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent
