• Facilitate employee onboarding and continuous professional development.
• Collect feedback from participants to refine training programs.
• Support team leaders in developing their coaching and mentoring skills.
• Analyze workforce performance data to identify training opportunities.
• Organize training logistics, including venue selection and scheduling.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the workforce.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications in Training and Development will be highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in workforce development training
