User Experience Researcher

Job Description

As a User Experience Researcher at Innovative UX Solutions, you'll play a critical role in understanding user behaviors and needs through extensive research. You will conduct usability studies, user interviews, and surveys to gather insights that will inform our design process and drive product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead user engagement sessions to gather direct feedback.
• Contribute to the planning and prioritization of product features based on user needs.
• Provide tactical recommendations for product enhancements.
• Ensure that user needs are embedded in the design process at all stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of UI/UX initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX research or a similar role

Technical Skills

• User-centered design principles
• Prototyping and wireframing tools (Sketch, Figma)

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Human Factors International Certification
• Design Thinking Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, CSS): Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
