We are seeking a Bath Mix Operator responsible for preparing and monitoring bath mix solutions according to established standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling chemicals and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix chemical solutions or baths according to established formulas and specifications.
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and adjust process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
• Conduct routine quality checks on solutions to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze production data and troubleshoot any deviations or issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any supply needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in bath mixing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Formal training or certification in chemical process operations is advantageous

Experience

• Experience operating and maintaining bath mix equipment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the chemical industry
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

Languages

• English: Fluent
