Job Description

As an Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on investment strategies and financial transactions. Your analytical skills and market knowledge will help clients navigate complex financial landscapes to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth analyses for investment opportunities.
• Prepare and review documentation for mergers and acquisitions.
• Lead discussions with clients to understand their financial goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with potential investors.
• Continuously improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support senior bankers in closing deals in a timely manner.
• Utilize financial software and tools for analysis and reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with external advisors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership through published insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing investment banking role

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Data Analysis
• Risk Assessment

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Client Management

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 or higher is a strong plus
• Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification is a bonus
