Job Description

As a Chemical Engineer, you will play an essential role in the continuous improvement of our production processes. You will employ your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and enhance systems to meet production demands efficiently. Responsibilities

• Improve existing chemical processes to increase productivity.
• Perform feasibility studies to assess new projects and research proposals.
• Work with management to identify key performance indicators for process optimization.
• Develop detailed process flow diagrams and designs.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and other departments.
• Implement solutions for waste reduction and sustainability.
• Conduct regular audits of chemical processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Train staff on new procedures and processes.
• Evaluate and select materials and equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Document all findings and changes to improve data integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering
