Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Architect with a flair for innovative design and a commitment to sustainable architecture. This role requires an individual who can conceptualize and design projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients to understand their needs while ensuring that projects adhere to local regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and document architectural features for projects.
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities for approvals.
  • Assess and incorporate client feedback into designs.
  • Develop construction documents and technical specifications.
  • Oversee the work of junior architects and interns.
  • Conduct post-occupancy evaluations of completed projects.
  • Engage in community events to promote architectural vision.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Professional registration with relevant architectural board
Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in architectural design

  • 3D Modeling Software
  • Building Codes Knowledge
