Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers to understand business goals.
• Develop user stories and personas to guide design processes.
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Facilitate user testing sessions and gather data for analytics.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers on the team.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Create design specifications for development team hand-offs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field
• Master's degree is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
