Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with technical issues. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting software and hardware problems, providing timely assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
