Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Bloemfontein-based team. The successful candidate will manage and resolve technical issues, assist staff with IT-related queries, and ensure smooth operation across all technological systems. This role combines troubleshooting, administration, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Assist in the setup and rollout of new hardware and software.
• Maintain backup and recovery processes for data protection.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure IT inventory is up to date and properly maintained.
• Communicate with team members to identify ongoing issues and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years in a technical support role
