Responsibilities
Respond to IT support requests and provide solutions.
Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
Set up and maintain IT equipment, including printers and network devices.
Document all support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Assist with the implementation of new IT projects.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve complex issues.
Maintain inventory of IT supplies and equipment.

Requirements
Education
