Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide first-class support to our clients by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Your expertise in technical support will ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests and provide solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Set up and maintain IT equipment, including printers and network devices.
  • Document all support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT projects.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain inventory of IT supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in ensuring the security of IT systems and data.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • A diploma in IT support or similar qualification
Experience
  • 2+ years in technical support roles

Languages
  • English: Fluent
