Control Room Operator

Job Description

As a Control Room Operator, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring the safety and security of our facility. You will monitor CCTV systems and alarms, respond to incidents, and coordinate with security teams to secure our premises.

Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive monitoring and quick response to alarms.
• Ensure that all camera angles are effectively utilized and adjusted as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the security team to enhance safety measures.
• Maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail at all times.
• Assist management in conducting security assessments and audits.
• Address and resolve any operational challenges in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in Security Management

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in security operations or related field
