Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Associate who can deliver quantitative analyses for major transactions. You will participate in deal executions and support our team in daily finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing marketing materials for potential deals.
• Provide support in the structuring of financial transactions.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare summaries of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Engage with clients to understand their strategic needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Master's degree in Finance is an asset

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in financial analysis or corporate finance

• Valuation Analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in SQL: Experience using SQL databases for data retrieval and analysis.
