Join our team as a Wire Border Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in the assembly of wire borders for various products. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering specifications to properly assemble equipment.
• Wire various components according to set quality standards.
• Execute quality assurance tests to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
• Identify bottlenecks or errors in the assembly process and rectify them promptly.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Document and report on the efficiency and quality of assembly processes.
• Engage with engineering teams to communicate assembly challenges.
• Contribute to team objectives and improve overall production workflow.
• Keep tools and workstations organised and serviced appropriately.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

Education

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent
• Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
