Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and identifying trends to help optimize our data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports summarizing findings and insights from data analyses.
• Assist in developing metrics and KPIs to evaluate business performance.
• Engage with apps and databases to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Utilize data visualization tools to deliver insights effectively.
• Facilitate workshops to guide teams in using data analytics tools.
• Provide training and support for junior team members.
• Support strategic planning by forecasting and modeling data trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis
