Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Knowledge Architect who will spearhead our knowledge management initiatives. This role involves creating a comprehensive strategy to manage and leverage our clients' knowledge assets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an organizational knowledge-sharing platform.
• Create and curate content for knowledge management systems.
• Integrate knowledge management tools with client operations.
• Conduct assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and propose solutions.
• Engage with external partners to enhance knowledge-sharing capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends to keep knowledge management practices relevant and effective.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or related field
• Professional certification in Knowledge Management (CKM) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management or information management
